Extraordinary Circumstances – 1 Peter
In our favorite "post-apocalyptic" movies and stories – alien invasions and zombie uprisings – it is always interesting to see how ordinary people rise up to greatness in a time of extraordinary circumstances. Should we wait until the extraordinary to see what we become, or should we be prepared well in advance? In 1 Peter, God calls us to holiness. It is who and what we are meant to be, so that when extraordinary circumstances arise, are hearts and minds are fully prepared to respond in the holiness we are called to.
