Mark 15:21-47 – Crucified / Bold Faith
Jesus is led to the cross. Crucified, he cries out to God as his greatest trial begins. When it is over, he utters the three most important words of all time. "It is finished." The veil in the temple is torn in two, and the Father now gives us open and direct access to him. After Jesus' death, Joseph of Arimathea makes a bold move with Pilate, providing an example for us all.
